Author Registration Process

The registration fee covers participation in the conference only and does not represent an APC or publication fee. Publication is a complementary phase within the overall conference process.

3- Paper Acceptance: Authors will receive official communication from the editorial team throughout the review process before a final decision on their paper is made.

4- Paper Registration: Accepted papers will be guided to the registration phase.

Refund and Cancelation Policy

Registration Refund
Before the Author Registration deadline, 50% fee refund applies to all cancellations.
After the Author Registration deadline, there will be no refund for any cancellation.

Payment Instructions

Instructions for Conference Registration

Step 1: Receiving the Acceptance Letter

  • Once your submission has been reviewed and accepted for the BiTi '26 conference, you will receive the acceptance via submission system. Accompanying the acceptance, the editor will inform you of the required registration fee amount.

Step 2: Making the Payment

  • To complete your registration, further proceed with the payment through instruction given in the email.
  • Please ensure that you include your name and paper ID (as mentioned in the acceptance letter) in the payment reference to help us track your payment efficiently.
  • Payment only though GAFTIM payment channel. Nothing else will be accepted or considered.

Step 3: Confirmation of Payment

  • After completing payment (through link or bank transfer), kindly email us a copy of the payment confirmation or receipt (bank deduction message). This is a crucial step for us to verify your payment and to issue your confirmation code.

Step 4: Receiving the Formal Invitation Letter

  • Upon receiving and verifying your payment confirmation, we will send you the formal invitation letter form the BiTi '26 conference along with confirmation code. This letter and code can be used for your travel arrangements and visa application, and to proceed with your publication.

Conference Registration Fees 

A double-blind peer review process will be conducted for all submitted papers. Each article will be evaluated by a minimum of two independent reviewers. In the case of multiple authors, only one author per accepted paper is required to register and present the work, either in person or virtually. Both acceptance confirmation and registration must be completed on or before the registration deadline specified in the Important Dates section.

* The registration fee for "Physical" covers one accepted paper and (one registered author) eligible for one participant to attend the opening day "Hotel". Author fee includes registration for one paper / one attendee (presenter).
* The registration fee for "Online" covers the online presentation to one accepted paper .
* The group requires an agreement with GAFTIM.
